ORLANDO, FLA. -- The IRS Nationwide Tax Forum series for tax professionals will hold its initial 2017 session in Orlando this summer.
According to a release from the IRS, the session will take place from July 11 through 13.
Nearly 40 seminars and workshops are available to enrolled agents, certified public accountants, certified financial planners, Annual Filing Season Program participants and other tax professionals.
The Orlando Tax Forum will be held at the Hilton Orlando Resort, planners say.
The forums are three-day events presented by IRS experts and partner organizations that offer up-to-date information on federal and state tax issues and the opportunity to receive up to 18 continuing education credits.
The 2017 Nationwide Tax Forums feature a wide variety of seminars and workshops of interest to tax professionals.
Seminar topics range from data security and identity theft prevention to future IRS digital services, the gig economy, and working with private collection firms.
