ORLANDO, FLA. -- National roller coaster and amusement park authority Pete Trabucco has released his annual rankings of the best in the U.S.
Florida, as usual, did very well.
"You've got a lot of great stuff there," he said. "You've got Walt Disney world and their four parks, as well as Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure; and, of course one half of the Busch Gardens duet with Busch gardens Africa ... a lot going on in Florida."
And it all shows on his 2012 Top 12 Greatest Amusement Parks list.
The Disney parks took the number 2 spot, Universal came in at number 3; and Busch Gardens took the number 7 position on the list.
The most popular amusement park on the roster was Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio.
