FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. -- Authorities say a south Florida man was arrested after a loud display of the verbal invective at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
According to investigators, Brandon Johnson, 30, had gone to the ticket counter for Spirit Airlines on Sunday and was requesting a ticket to Jamaica.
It turns out that you need a passport for that, but police said Johnson wasn't in a mood to pay attention ... and his tirade kept getting louder.
Authorities said that other passengers got treated to a display of Johnson launching a barrage of swear words at the ticket agent.
The arrest report said the tirade came complete with fists clenched and shaking at the air.
And, since you're reading the words "arrest report," you can see where this is going.
Police were notified and Johnson was charged with disorderly conduct.
He was released from jail Monday.
